As you will have heard and seen in the National Newspapers, Revenue are currently writing to all residential residential property owners with details of their 2014 Local Property Tax Liability.
If you are the liable person for a residential property or properties on 1/11/2013 you are liable to pay LPT for 2014.
Your decision is how you want to pay for 2014 – you can choose to pay in One Lump Sum or by Phased Payments.
By using the online facility you have until 27th November 2012 to select and commit to your payment option. To confirm your payment method for 2014 access your LPT record online.
The following is a step by step instruction of the process:
- Go to www.revenue.ie
- Click on “Login to LPT online”
- Enter your PPS Number, Property ID and your unique pin number then login
- Click “setup payment method”
- select your payment option and enter your details
- Then select continue
- You will recieve an acknoledgement from Revenue
If you decide to use the Single Debit Option, your payment will be debited from your account on the 21st March 2014.
